Here you can find a short illustrated description on how to order the products you wish in 10 easy steps.
Selection process
1. Select your veihicle.
Please firstly choose your car from our extensive vehicle list containing all marks from Audi to Volkswagen.
2. Select a wheel.
According to your vehicle selection, we only show you suitable rims. By using our 3D configurator, you can visualise your selected rim directly on your car.
3. Select a tyre.
According to your vehicle selection, we only show you suitable rims. By using our 3D configurator, you can visualise your selected rim directly on your car.
In your shopping cart
4. Add to shopping cart.
You will now see your selected product in a summary with its dimension, possible accessories and care products, the selected vehicle and the subtotal.
5. Individualise your accessories, if you wish so.
Your complete wheel can be individually equipped with matching balance weights, rim locks and a selection of valves.
6. Select care products, if you wish so.
Wheel cleaner, wheel brush and wheel cloth will help you to always keep your rims clean and brillant. By ordering our cleaning products as a set, you wil get them for a reduced price.
At checkout
7. Go to checkout.
By clicking on "Go to Checkout", you confirm your selection and will be forwarded to inscription.
8. Register now.
As a new customer at wheeloutlet, please fill in all necessary information in the form. If you already have a customer account, please only log on with your e-mail-address and your passwort.
9. Check your order.
You will receive all information concerning your order, billing and delivery address and the different payment methods before placing the order.
Finalise the purchase
10. Select your payment method.
In the next step, please select one of our payment methods. You will receive all necessary information concerning the payment after we have checked your order.
11. Place the order.
By clicking on "Buy", you confirm your data, our terms and conditions as well as our privacy policy. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days.
12. Track your order.
Congratulation, your order has been completed successfully. Our technical support will check the order before its shipment. You can check the delivery at any time in your account.
